Description
One battery is completely dead and the other only last for a few minutes. However, both batteries are new and did work perfectly about a year ago. It just happened that I didn’t use them for a long period of time and the voltage dropped below the cut-off circuit threshold. So, if you open each and manually balance the cells to at least 3.0V, then you’ll have a new battery. I don’t have the time or the tools for this.
