(YES IT'S AVAILABLE) (READ IT ALL FIRST) Fleetwood Wilderness 1995 23'ft - Travel Trailer - originally 5000lbs, probably 3000lbs now. Must be able to pull it from location. Selling my baby, my dream home due to unforeseen circumstances. I've bought this trailer last year (title in hands, registration not updated) - it was still a 1995 trailer, really well kept but for sure old. In a period of 4 months I've gutted the interior completely and remodeled to my taste, and around October it became my home. I lived in this trailer til June. It is not completely refurbished, there is still some work to be done, but I consider minor compared to everything else already done. I could finish it but the price would increase. WHAT IS NEW: Brand new toilet New shower and sink Bathroom skylight expanded New fridge New bed frame and new mattress (only used for the time I lived there) New twin mattress (used as a daybed/couch) New roof membrane (I've personally removed and reapplied a brand new membrane) New flooring (not all finalized but can give you the details for Home Depot model) New insulation (the walls that were really old or had any sort of damage I've removed, applied new insulation and substituted) Painted fresh New furniture (it is not attached so if it's not to your tasting, easy to remove) New hoses (sewer and water) New outlets Hot water converter (enough for one shower every 40min) It will come with whatever tools, appliances and left over paint/products I have. I'm also happy to share all the videos of before I gutted it and explain whatever I can regarding what has been done. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: The kitchen corner, I have removed the cabinets from there and didn't finish painting or removing walls or whatever was needed (I've included a picture, it's the one where the AC is) Tires should be replaced before a big trip Electrical box door (you can see in the external picture as a piece of wood) Finalize flooring It really isn't a lot of work and it's already 100% comfortable for living. I'll be available to show for serious buyers. I hope whoever takes it loves it as much as I did, it really pains me to say goodbye.
