Went into this dealership and was quickly greeted with Jensen. He made sure to make me a priority throughout the whole process. I truly believe he went above and beyond to make things easier.. I went in with a strict budget and he managed to get me into a car that was initially out of my budget. And to top it off, he took the time out of his day to drive from Seattle to tacoma to bring me the car on the date and time I requested. With a fresh clean and full tank. So that I didn't have to fight seattle traffic after work with my kids. I truly believe he didn't NEED to do alot of the things he did, but it sure was a service that was appreciated and heightened my standards for car salesmen.

I had an amazing experience buying my Chevy Volt from Jensen! He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal on a great car. The Volt is everything I was looking for—efficient, reliable, and fun to drive.

(Edited): I originally had a very, very poor experience with a single representative from this dealership. I wrote a review accordingly, emphasizing that a single representative does not represent the dealership as a whole, but that the experience had left a very poor taste in my mouth.

Within a day after, the owner, Ahmed, reached out personally to make things right. He was very transparent and apologetic about the situation. He was respectful of my reluctance to further consider the dealership, but assured me the best quality service and a discount if I did. After a deal with another dealership fell through, I agreed to meet with FNA. Ahmed was away on holiday the day of my appointment (which he communicated would be the case when is scheduled) and so I worked with Joseph Nadeem. He was very kind and personable, empathetic and transparent about his hopes to repair my opinion of FNA even if I did not purchase from him. He offered my brother snacks and cocoa while I worked out an insurance issue.

The car I viewed appeared as advertised, though without a pre-purchase exam I cannot be certain. The car had not been detailed and there were some damages to the paint, but to me the condition of the mechanical parts of the car are much more important. I ended up going with a different vehicle I preferred the feel of more, but had my exam on that vehicle gone poorly FNA's would have been next on my list to have checked.

I'm glad I gave FNA a second chance, but want to remain transparent about my own overall experience. My thanks go to Joseph and Ahmed for their considerations!
