Only about a year old and we are so sad to have to sell it! BUT, our family had a surprise and we are expecting a new baby. With a new baby we feel we will want a little more space. This trailer has been extremely well taken care of. From day one we covered all the soft surfaces to keep them clean. The mattresses all have been covered with fully enclosed zip covers. We have two little boys and a sweet pup and wanted to keep everything in tiptop shape. The bathroom has been perfect with the shower and cute little tub. It has an endless hot water tank which is awesome. We updated the kitchen table as it came with a particle board one and we changed it to solid wood. We also cut a solid wood cutting board for the sink. The main bed is queen size and the bunks are an extra long twin. The dinette table converts to a small twin like bed as well. There is a ton of storage inside and out. Comes with build in propane heater and AC. There is a mounted back up camera and oversized all weather tires. This model also comes with solar panels for off the grid camping. We also have a cover for off season protection. We have had no issues with this Jayco and have truly loved it. We purchased it last year for $24,999.00 + tax and are asking $18,000.00 OBO. 22ft Long, 3,145 lbs We towed it with a 4Runner and an F150.
