Real wood.. very heavy Needs some TLC .. We started to sand down and add primer to reface the table but decided to go a different route for the dinning room. Paid almost $5k But willing to let it go for $800 If you refurbish and sell.. this is a great profit.. If you have a big family … this is perfect and sturdy. Chairs need a good cleaning or reupholster them. Need a truck and like 4 people …
