It’s unfortunate that instead of addressing the specific concerns I raised, the focus was shifted to labeling me as “disgruntled.” I shared my experience truthfully, and I stand by every word. My intention was never to be spiteful, but to provide honest insight for others — because transparency and accountability matter.

If necessary, I am fully prepared to testify to these facts in a court of law. Dismissing valid feedback instead of reflecting on it doesn’t reflect well on any business.

I would most definitely steer clear! They sell cars that come back within 24-48 hours due to being broken down. I’ve seen this company sell vehicles out from under customers that were current and in good standing on their bills. The practices this company do are illegal and eventually, they will pay. The cars they sell are not reliable, and if you put a deposit down and change your mind same day, you WILL NOT get your money back ! Beware this business is a massive scam! I would not recommend buying from them. They will sell you a car with a warranty that covers absolutely nothing

Now don’t get me wrong I love my car and everything about it has been great for this last year however the account manager Alyssa is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. Don’t end up in any medical or financial situation she will not work with u after loosing my child and almost loosing myself I could not get a two day extension on my payment she asked me to provide all my hospital paper work and when I declined my car was disabled. Everything else about this car lot has been wonderful.

I've been looking for a vehicle for a bit, I ran across KwikAito Finance and decided to inquire online about a vehicle. Within seconds I was talking to David.
He informed me of what to do to own it that day and I thought "there is no way it's this fast and simple."
I arrived at the dealership an hour before they closed unannounced, and David walked outside immediately to greet me.
I test drive the car, had all paperwork done and owned the car within the hour.
I caught myself repeating "holy crap, this was so simple. Y'all's name is absolutely correct "
Kwik Auto, David B. and the account advisor Alyssa S. are the best at what they do!!! Added they are so down to earth, personable and funny that you don't even feel like your at a dealership (yeah I was dreading the whole car dealership experience).
I would give the staff 100 stars if I could!!! I love my car.... did I mention I was in and out within an hour? Crazy!!!!

I’m giving one star today. I usually don’t even leave a review especially when I’ve already bought a vehicle from them and this would be my second. in this instance, I think it is required. I’m a union worker so when I get laid off from work I have to draw Unemployment cannot legally look for a job because I am part of an institution. the car that I have I spent over tens of thousands of dollars and still have a few thousand dollars left. It is underivable. I’m not getting any leeway whatsoever can’t use the car. If you know how Unemployment works, you know especially being a union worker. I wouldn’t recommend getting a car here. you’re just a number to them.
