With the right TLC this swing set can be an easy $1800 swing set again. Kids don’t play on it much more and never got into it as much as we would have liked. A good sanding and stain and this thing will look brand new again. Price is ballpark, willing to hear offers and will help take apart and load up. A rented U-Haul should do the trick.
