BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
When I say this, I don’t say it lightly, but this place is the reason why used car sales Get the bad rap that they do. Sean the lead and possibly only sales associate there is not to be trusted on any level. Not only did he leave out and failed to mention the numerous things wrong with the vehicle I purchased but fought me every step of the way in to make it right. And this is after I handed him $4000 in cash as a down payment. And now I no longer have the vehicle. I was owed around $2200 in service contract refunds That were to pay off the remaining 2200 of the auto loan to the lender, but I can’t and my Credit takes a dip every week thanks to Sean who has received said checks and is currently sitting on them while avoiding my calls or any contact with me.
This place is Unscrupulous and flat out unworthy of Your money.

Aryan was the most amazing and helpful employee. I had gone to multiple dealerships and looked at tons of cars and to me i never really felt comfortable with any of them or the people although they were nice I hadn’t had a comfortable and warm feeling till he helped me out and helped me walk through my purchase that i feel very comfortable with and i’m so happy to now have a car that i love thanks to him! BUYERS BEWARE!
We bought a used car from them back in September, from the San Jose location. The temporary license plate is expiring in 4 days and we have not received a single piece of registration/title from DMV. Called multiple times and the guy Shaun kept saying he submitted the paperwork to DMV, but the DMV records say otherwise. It shows the car was last registered before we bought it, so it was never registered under us. They never registered the car/reported the sale with DMV. Now we're driving around with an unregistered car! Do not buy from this dealership.
