Great condition! The leather has been cleaned and conditioned many times over the years, and it feels great. Dimensions: 33”W, 36”D, 36”H, and 18” seat height. 62.5” fully extended. YOU MOVE-and it’s heavy, so you’ll need two strong people. Condition: Overall, it is in great condition. However, there are tears on the bottom of the seat cushion and on the bottom lining of the chair (this is from where the hardware has pushed through over the years. ) You cannot see unless you lift the bottom cushion up. There is a little bit of wear at the foot rest, some small indents on the lower right side, and a scuff of the leather at the upper right back corner. We’ve really enjoyed this chair over the years and are sad to part ways with it, but we are moving and it’s too big to take with us. $600 OBO
