ISF EZ Curl bar - red ceramic The ISF EZ Curl Bar is a 4' Curling Barbell with hard chrome sleeves and comes in all chrome, or ceramic coated Cerakote colored shaft in choice of red, blue, or black. All ceramic colors come in a ceramic shaft, and hard chrome sleeves. Cerakote is an anti corrosive coating but note that ceramic does tend to wear with metal to metal contact.
