I recently went to Doxon Toyota to shop for my second car and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Ken was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. Buying a car can feel nerve-wracking, but he made everything so easy and stress-free. I ended up leaving in a beautiful Corolla Cross and couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

A big thank you to David in finance as well—he was honest, professional, and didn’t pressure me into any of the extra add-ons like I’ve experienced at other dealerships. The whole team at Doxon Toyota made me feel supported and confident in my decision. Highly recommend this dealership, and especially Ken and David!

03/26/25 *No Loaner Car - back to 3 stars*
We dropped off another vehicle today around 9:45 AM for service and it cost almost $2,300 for the water pump and drive belt. At the time when we dropped off the vehicle Grant told us that he’ll get it checked out. No time frame was provided, so we left the vehicle there and took off.

Around 1:30 PM, I gave Grant a call. He said that he’ll need to get the parts in from Portland and was hoping to arrive by Saturday. Seems like a long time. I then inquired about the loaner car, and he said that he does not have any available and there are six people ahead of us. I was hopeful that we could get a loaner car to drive to work until our SUV is done. Unfortunately, that’s not possible. We towed our vehicle there, so we’re basically stuck.

Another day of dissatisfaction with the service department. No idea when he’a going to get parts, when it’s going to get worked, no idea when it’s going to get done, and no loaner car.

I appreciate Mr. Cooper Doxon’s response to my review. This dealership does offer a beautiful waiting area, featuring a giant state-of-the-art TV and a private waiting area.

This review is for the Auto Service only. I have been impressed with Doxon Toyota's auto service in the past and even referred family and friends. My wife also recommended the dealership to four of her friends for their oil change deals. The service was consistently excellent, and the waiting area was beautiful, providing a comfortable place for customers to relax while their vehicles were being serviced. They also offered complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. However, things took a turn for the worse. I noticed that two out of three times I had an oil change, the mechanic forgot to reset the service lights. This led to me having to call them for instructions on how to reset it myself. The three-oil change deal was also disappointing, as it limited us to only one oil change per year.

Recently, all we needed was an oil change, so my wife took the vehicle in. After the service, we discovered the engine light was on. We had to take time off work to bring the vehicle back for a check. The service department informed us that it would cost $275 for a diagnostic to determine the issue. This was frustrating, especially since the engine light had not been on before the oil change. It seems like proper checks were not being performed by some of the service staff. Word is getting around, and if this continues, Doxon Toyota may lose more business unless they improve management in the service department. I spoke to a very helpful employee who suggested I speak with George, the Assistant Manager. Although George attempted to assist us, he reiterated that the diagnostic would cost $275. I explained to him that the engine light had not been on before we came in for the oil change. We decided to seek a second opinion, and when we took the vehicle to another service location, they diagnosed the issue at no cost, taking just about 10 minutes. We plan to have the repairs done there instead of returning to Doxon Toyota. Additionally, the complimentary services provided by the dealer have been reduced to a thermos dispenser, and if we want anything else to drink, we have to purchase it at the Garage Cafe.

I just drove off with my new car!  Dave Allenick was very helpful in this transaction.  He was able to get the car I ordered sooner from another dealer and when it came in, he made sure it was ready for pick up and walked me through all of the new features of the car. He really knows his stuff!!  It was also nice to work with Kathy on the finance side.  She made the paperwork part of the process fun and explained everything well.  So happy with my new purchase!!

As a loyal Doxon Toyota customer, I was once again very pleased with the upfront sales representative. Daniel did an amazing job. His boss even came out and just introduced himself and made sure we were being taken care of.  Everyone there was very polite.
