UPDATED: Price reduced because the original mushroom shade was sold to another buyer. This lamp now features a different original Morelli dome shade, which has a hairline crack. I’ve always displayed it with the crack turned inward so it isn’t visible. The price reflects both the shade swap and the flaw. Will update shade pics soon. This oversized floor lamp, designed by Peter Morelli for Nova of California, is a bold blend of mid-century modern and 1970s futurism. Its sweeping arc, double brass arms, and vibrant yellow acrylic dome create a commanding presence in any room. The dome shade alone spans nearly 16 inches, while the arc rises to over 7 feet, providing dramatic large-scale lighting without requiring ceiling suspension. Both sculptural and functional, the lamp is anchored by a minimal black base that balances the striking design. There is some age-related wear to the brass near the base, but overall it remains in solid original vintage condition. A true statement piece.
