Recently built 7 months ago using Cyberpowerpc’s website and PC builder. Not used often, but ran beautifully until recently. Now the PC will freeze shortly after logging in with the passcode. According to cyberpowerpc, the motherboard is not great and they need to replace it. Something about a BIOS update, I have no idea. Everything else is still perfect. Full disclosure. I do not want to go through the process of returning it to them and waiting on it to be repaired. I barely have time to use it and I’d rather just cut my losses. This means my loss is your win. So, if you’re computer savvy and can fix the motherboard issue or replace it yourself then you have the rest of a build here. That or you can go through the warranty process as it is fully transferable. I would also be removing the SSD as I can’t factory reset it and I’d want to preserve my info. Comes with a remainder of 1.3 years of full factory warranty that even covers shipping.
