(Not a 1 star its a 0 but wouldnt let me continue without putting 1 or more.) My family member purchased a vehicle under a spot delivery agreement ( lets you take the car home right on the spot) with a salesman (dont even want to call him that more like crooked person name Ruben) and was allowed to take the car home. Less than 9 days later, the dealership stated financing was not approved, asked my uncle to bring in the car to trade it in and took the vehicle back they swindled my uncle, and refused to return the $1,500 down payment.

The vehicle was taken after the dealership (not even a dealership more like a 2 man circus show with no exerperience except coning people) misrepresented the situation, stating it could be traded in, then taking the keys and canceling the deal. No financing was finalized.

The dealership has refused to work toward a refund and became unprofessional when questioned for the down payment back.. We are now forced to pursue formal complaints and or more.

Please be EXTREMELY cautious before doing business here. better yet DONT AT ALL.
There are too many similar complaints to ignore here. fool me once shame on you foul me twice shame on me.. (TAKE THESE REVIEWS SERIOUS & especially the way the employees are responding instead of being sympathetic to THEIR grimy schemes. This is not how honest businesses operate. Save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else.

The sales people I'm sure r good people trying to make a living. I bought a car from there and one thing after another stated happening. The car turned out to be a lemon. So when I called about the car they basically told me it's not there responsibility. The must have been in an accident. Even the paint started falling off the car. I've been through a lot. When I am finally ab6to by a car I get screwed. I end up with a high priced pile of junk....

Fast Trac auto sales was the best place for me to get a car! The process was really quick I was in and out fast in the morning. You don't even need a license to purchase and drive off the lot and the selection was incredible. Shout out to Reuben he made everything so easy

I was going to buy a car from here but after seeing how the "owner" responds to his old customers I'm not going to, it wasn't the horrible reviews that did it for me it was all the disrespectful responses from the "owner"

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let’s start off with the fact that after we bought a car from here, the battery died on our way home, then we ran into more engine and technical problems. After we paid to get all those fix we are still faced with the main problem, the title of the car. We have yet to receive the title of the car that we purchased over 2 weeks ago. The owner who claims to be a 20+ year business man has lied to us and said he mailed it to us after the owner dropped it off days after our 3 day plate expired. We are now screwed on our end having a very expired temp plate on our new car all because he didn’t mail it when he said he did. (It’s still not mailed by the way). If you’re going to sell cars and call yourself a business, you need to have the title of the cars you’re selling ready to give to the new owners. Now if we ever get pulled over again due to the expired temp plate it’s on our hands when it should be on this business. If he knew he didn’t have the title he should have given us a longer temp plate not 3 days. Please don’t buy a car here, the car will be unreliable and the sellers lie.
