Open but I never used it. I just turned it on now for the first time to see if it works. Excellent condition. Used it for storage to save space. See photos. Plu it in your car’s 12v outlet and use it as a iceless cooler. Comes with a 120v adapter so you can plug it in your house outlet and use it there. It can be positioned vertically or horizontally like a typical cooler. Shelf included as well. The color is a navy blue body and off white top.
