My son and I bought a Suburban from him on 10/26/25, and if I don’t update this, all is well! What surprised me most was the customer service. He closed early to go to a wedding but still answered the phone, and came in the next day to show us the truck, on a Sunday! He made the process really easy, and seemed to really care about the cars he was selling. He told me his process of getting them inspected, then driving them as his daily driver for a couple weeks just to make sure they were solid. It doesn’t seem like your average used car place! We were really happy with it!

We bought a Chevy Malibu from this place. Kevin made all the process to go smooth and explained everything about the car (pros and cons). On the way back home (15 miles away from the dealer) we got a flat tire,(all 4 tires on the car were brand new) so probably run over a bolt or nail. We called Kevin to let him know and told him that we were trying to find roadside service without any success all of the service shops were closed and didn't have anyone available. He just said not to worry about it asked for our location and after 30min. he was already there. He patched the tire filled it with air and we were back on the road again. He did this without any extra compensation or charge. Thank you one more time Kevin you are really a super hero. And I will recommend to everyone who wants to buy a car, visit South Elgin Auto Sales and you will find what you are looking for and you will be treated with respect.
