I bought this High-End Paliser sectional with sleeper about 7 years ago. Paid $4k new. It measures 10 ft x 9.5 ft. It's been a great couch. Very comfortable. It has powered recliners and cup holders. The leather needs a little bit cleaning conditioning and good to go. The cushions on the sleeper side are little worn and could use some fluffing up. But after that you got a great couch. At this price it's a steal.
