Full redone jet boat with a brand new (not junkyard) LQ9, new rebuilt pump. Hull: designed by bob bragg in the 70’s who was a nasa engineer. Bob put an eliminator deck on a south wind bottom end. Boat rides the saturday morning havasu lake chop pretty well. Hull has scratches on gel but only cosmetic stuff. Motor: brand new built LS 6.0 LQ9. 6 bolt main bullet proof block. Motor was assembled professionally then dyno tuned at vrbancic racing in ontario. Motor has an MSD Ignition which allows it to be fueled by 2 brand spanking new rebuilt holley 600’s from chucks carb shop in lake havasu. Holleys pumped by aeromotive fuel pump with an on/off switch at the dash, leading to 2 saddle tanks carrying 20 gallons each with a switch under the dash to tank select. New polished LS valve covers with polished holley sniper intake manifold and air scoop. All stainless steel lines for fuel and water. Jet pump is pumped to a bypass valve which off loads water at 12psi for coolant. Mechanical pressure gauge plumbed up to the dash so you can see water pressure. Motor dynod at 500hp and 500torque. Motor is built fairly stock with an upgraded cam which gives it the hp and torque it needs. Brand new chads over transom headers that are ceramic coated. Motor sits on a custom built rail kit with 4 point mounting. Pump: berkeley 12 jc full rebuilt and upgraded. Brand new main bearing, brand new LS PTO, brand new A cut impeller. Brand new B1 loader grate and shoe. New wear ring. Pump has a place diverter on it with floor control up at driver seat. Boat rides back on a High tech performance ride plate. Interior is original, no rips or tears and does not need to be replaced. It is not a brand new but looks great and ive always kept it real nice and clean. Boat has a digital dash all brand new gauges with electric and mechanical backups, To see what is really going on with the motor. Im a picky guy when it comes to mechanics and this boat i spared no expense on the mechanical aspects. Its ready to go is turn key ready to rip. I had the boat on havasu on 8/12 and hadnt run it for close to a month and it fired up with half a turn. The boat looks great and is fun but as i mentioned before does have some small cosmetic scratches here and there but nothing structural and nothing neglected. Im bummed to have to offer this boat as ive spent the last 3 years tinkering with it but ive got to get rid of 2 of my 3 boats to make room for another.
