We got a Jeep from them two days ago and it was such a good experience. Probably one of the best we’ve ever had at a dealership! Moe help us so much he was awesome and made sure we was taking care off! Polly was also so very helpful! I didn’t get the names of some of the other stuff we talked to but everyone was super friendly and very welcoming! We never once felt forced into the purchase like you do at some dealerships. It was just over all the best experience you could ask for! 10/10 we will probably get out next vehicle here!

Mo was so helpful and straight up with us, which I appreciate as other dealerships in the area weren’t as honest. Then Joseph helped us with all the paper work to get the title, plates, registration, and everything els done on site which was nice. I definitely recommend CarFam to all my friends and family!

**To preface: I did NOT buy a car from them today**

I had the opportunity to meet Val who was the associate who showed me the car that I have been interested in. She was very cordial and made sure to get to know me and see why I wanted to possibly purchase this particular vehicle

After test driving the vehicle, we discussed about pricing for it. Although I did like the car, it wouldn’t fit my budget. Magic, the manager, stepped in to assist us with keeping the numbers reasonable for both parties

I believe both Val and Magic tried their best to keep the cost down as much as possible and get my “out-the-door” price as low as it could get. However, the final number didn’t work out for me and was unfortunately out of my price range

Nonetheless, despite not buying the car, I had a good experience with both Val and Magic. They were not pushy at all nor did they try to gaslight me on me trying negotiate.

I know buying a car is not the most enjoyable experience for most people, I actually had a great one even if I didn’t purchase anything from them. I hope to do business with them in the future if a car I like happens to pull in their lot!
