Hello, just wanna share my experience with the purchase of our new vehicle at major auto sales. Paola was a representative that helped us. She was very polite. Very helpful. I don’t typically write negative reviews, and I’m sure this company has helped many people and offers some good vehicles. However, I felt it was important to share our experience as a caution to others considering a purchase here.

We came to test drive a truck that was listed with 99,000 miles. At first, we really liked it, but after just a few minutes on the road, it became clear the transmission wasn’t shifting properly. When we returned to the lot, we discussed our concerns with a representative. She pulled up the Carfax for my trade-in vehicle, and in return, I asked to see the Carfax for the truck we were interested in.

The report showed that the odometer had been rolled back, and the truck actually had over 200,000 miles. When we asked what was going on, the representative checked with her manager and came back to say, “He didn’t know that was the case with this truck until it was already on the lot.” That may have been true initially, but they were now aware of the discrepancy and were still advertising it as a 99,000-mile truck with no issues.

What added to our frustration was that the manager—who was just a room away—refused to come speak with us directly about our concerns. It felt dismissive, especially given the seriousness of the issue.

I’m not saying you can’t have a good experience here, but I would strongly encourage anyone shopping here to carefully review the Carfax and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before purchasing.

Great experience buying a vehicle here, very fast and clear with all the options we had, went there as our last option and they helped us at very affordable price for down and gave us an extra discount on the car, most of the cars are clean and great condition when you enter the place you can definitely tell the cars are in great condition.
