I came here last year in May because an employee basically harassed me at the transit station to check out cars because i was getting in an uber. I repeatedly told him i was fine with not having a car because i was leaving soon for military reasons, he persisted so i went check them out. They gave me outrageous prices for high mileage cars (i never told them i knew anything about cars but since im a female the guys just assumed). I ended up saying no and leaving months later my husband and i went again just to snoop around and they guy that was showing us cars tried to pry in our financial business saying we don’t have any money because we are E2, then he proceeded to lie about a car when we already knew it wasn’t better than what he had. This entire dealership is a scam and is horrible. NOT TO ADD BUT THE LYING EMPLOYEE HAD HIS UNDERWEAR ON INSIDE OUT AND HIS PANTS BELOW HIS BUTT. completely unprofessional !!!

Never buy a car from here my man got a BMW 330e from here the worst decision they allowed an employee to sell him a car that had a major issue
the head gasket Blew we didn’t know that it did and the check engine light never came on they blame him for it he had to come out pocket to pay for it to get fix and other issues when it wasn’t his fault we didn’t have the car for long and they like to drive the cars as if it is there to drive when they are suspose to be for sale .

I wish I could give zero stars, but the system won’t allow it. My experience at dream machine was nothing short of a nightmare, and I felt compelled to share my story to warn others, especially my fellow service members. This dealership is a prime example of why there needs to be greater oversight in the auto sales industry. They prey on military personnel and should be held accountable for their unethical practices. Share this review with friends and family to spread the word and protect others from similar experiences.

I bought a car here from dream machine from a representative named Jorge. I originally came in looking for a Nissan Altima and he honestly asked why you want it. I was trying to recreate a previous car and he said why not start fresh and build toward something in the future. I ended up walking away with a beautiful red BMW.

It changed things and how I went to work. Driving 100 miles a day for work was trash. Paid money but wasn't fun. Every time after getting out of work there's nothing like getting in a clean car, cruising to music, and driving smooth home. They were pretty cool following up and asking after I bought it. How's it driving and suggesting things I could do it. Usually people just sell you something and you never hear from them again. I've def told friends to go there and when it comes time to get another one. I'm definitely coming back.

Great experience with nice customer service and top notch cars for 0 dollar down payment…Highly recommended to people who need a vehicle.
