2017 Coachman Clipper 17bh

Nice travel trailer coachman clipper 2017 17bh. Lots of storage for a smaller trailer!solid good bones! Small minor repairs needed from age but nothing major and all easy fixes price reflects repairs. Repairs: I don’t do these things but most seem obvious. Clamp on back of toilet I’m assuming needs to be replaced… has a small drip. Shower also drips where it connects to the faucet assuming clamps also or replace that piece for $30 on Amazon. Bathroom fan motor and I thing the motor in the hood of the stove is out easily bought at an rv store or Amazon for $30-$50. All interior lights are working, Stove works great, Heater works great, ac works great, water heater works great. Refrigerator works great except on my last trip when I opened it the freezer pull down door fell off the screw was rusted and cracked the plastic hinge it still works with just placing the door in its place but I’m sure is an easy fix also. I ha the water pump replaced for $300 to pump water when it’s not connected to city water but could never get it to pump water. It’s a brand new pump not sure if it’s connected right probably another easy fix. Plumbing is all in good order. Indoor out door Bluetooth sound system. Awning is electric and works great. Outdoor shower. Spare tire and propane tank included. Please contact with any other questions.
