I was looking to purchase a car. This dealership was recommended to me by a friend. I did some research and decided it wouldn’t be a great place to buy a car. I have heard horrible things about previous customers who purchased cars here. I wanted to give a fair chance to the dealers so I read the reviews. I can see by the answers to the customer complaints that the staff is highly unprofessional and do not take accountability or do their best to accommodate the paying customers. Times are extremely hard. No one has time or money to waste or be played with. Car to Car needs to do better. Sincerely, a hard working buyer!

They  sold me a car knowing it would not pass emissions they cleared the engine light off during sale so I would not know. It cost me 1200 dollars to fix to pass emissions now to find out my transmission is going out and oil leaking need valve cover gaskets. Read these reviews and stay away don't be fooled like me I lost over 6000 dollars for a sick vehicle. Yeah go elsewhere u have been warned.

I want to share my experience.  I wanted to buy a car at this dealership.  Before going to them, I asked if everything in the car was working properly, did it work well?  To which they told me yes, the car is good, there are no problems.  Having covered a journey of 250 miles.  I discovered that the cars had broken transmissions.  I tell the seller here the transmission is broken, to which they answered I don’t know.  Results: I drove 500 miles, lost personal time and did not purchase a car.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Car to Car LLC in the summer of 2024, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Ms. Tru and her husband are incredibly kind and professional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I opted to purchase a cash vehicle, and it was the best decision I could have made—now I no longer have a car note, which has been a huge relief. I still drive my truck and am extremely grateful for the quality service and the opportunity to find such a reliable vehicle. As tax season approaches, I look forward to returning to Car to Car LLC for my next purchase. Thank you again for your outstanding service!
