This piece has been a 1 owner, no smoking, no pet environment. It is well made and would be perfect for a kids room or play room. There are wheels on the bottom that make it extremely easy to move which is why it is in such good condition for how old it is. It would be perfect for painting to match your colors or leave it as is. There is not any damaged spots to show. I have a paper towel taped to the front so not to mess up when moving.
