IT IS A VINTAGE ELECTRICAL MEASURING INSTRUMENT LIKELY BUILT IN THE 1920"S BY THE WESTON ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENT CORPORATION. THE METER MEASURES DIRECT CURRENT (DC) Kilovolt AND HAS A SCALE RANGING FROM 0-15. THE TEXT EXTERNAL RESISTOR INDICATES THAT AN EXTERNAL COMPONENT IS REQUIRED FOR IT'S OPERATION. THE METER IS AN ANALOG TYPE FEATURING A NEEDLE AND A CALIBRATED SCALE WHICH WAS A STANDARD DESIGN FOR PRECISION LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS OF IT'S ERA. (As is) THANK YOU TAMARA.
