Fantastic love seat that has been loved for several years. Selling because our family has increased and we needed something a bit larger. Black faux suede/microfiber very soft loveseat sofa couch. Super comfy! I've slept on it a few times Great for small apartments, kids space, etc. Needs a good cleaning though!! Smoke free home but loved and used by kids and pets. Still in really good condition and should last for several more years. Asking $50 or best offer. Must pick up the morning of October 12th. Flexible on time of morning, however, not flexible on day. I will not be able to assist, so bring someone strong and a pickup truck or very large SUV. Ground floor with 3 small steps and a couple of turns. 53 inches long by 32.5 inches wide by 31.5 inches tall
