The pantry and place for refrigerator . Kitchen area. Cabinets. stove works, microwave. Then back bedroom, big bed a bunch of places for storage, it was set up to my mother's liking now I just have a little odds an end of like house hols things stored in it right now it's clean .. only been sitting for not even a whole month yet. Just got a little storage items for like inside. But everything is in good shape n works. Who ever wants it they are more than welcomed to remodel it to whatever your liking is. This just suited my mom at the time. The AC AND HEAT, is electric i just haven't messed it. Got a window unit in should and a little space heater for herself
