Description
This was Sony’s high end 2006 home-theater-in-a-box. 5 disc DVD with built in A/V receiver that powers 5.1 surround speakers, with the back two speakers being wireless (but a wire does run between them, just not back to the head unit). It’s old, yes, but it sounds as good as the day I got it. It has HDMI and maxes out at 1080i. Plays CDs and DVDs flawlessly…but works just as good simply used as surround sound which is how I’d been using it last. It was $900 new and would make a great addition to any TV without a sound system.
