Precor TRM 445 Treadmill Priced LOW

This is a Precor TRM 445 Treadmill. It is a commercial grade treadmill that’s meant to be slightly more compact than gym treadmills for home use. It has positive and negative elevation and operates up to 15mph. Lots of features like a tablet holder and large color LCD screen with customizable profiles to track your runs. The treadmill recently came out of climate controlled storage, unfortunately we think the air was a bit too dry and dried out the belt. The belt is still intact and functional but the belt itself is making more noise than when we used it prior to storage. This is a $230-275 replacement part (depending on where you buy). If the belt didn’t need replacing soon, we’d be asking for at least double the price listed. So if you’re handy or know a good repair station you can get a steal of a deal on this unit. They retail for $5800 new and are hard to find used.
