All sets are complete in there original boxes used in excellent condition. I have all set with extra add one like the clock.s that really works. Set are: Sam house— post office— church—ice skating hut—doc’s office—train station—school house— light up tree . Each building lights up. The extra that was sold with for sugar also included.. this set is retired . Set were sold one per year. Located in Goodyear az.
