Gary Aguirre was amazing.  Patient, knowledgeable, professional but laid back.  I did not feel pressured the buy the car, and because of that, I bought it that night.  He has followed up with me a couple times to make sure I am happy with my new purchase and to answer any questions.  He's great.

I thought I wrote a review, but I guess I didn't.  I guess it's a good thing I didn't since my perception of this dealership has changed from a decent experience to now this dealership are liars!!!

So, back in Sept 2024, I traded my 2008 Lamborghini for a 24' Z06.  I was dealing with Jason.  All was smooth with him and then was sent to Mory (I think I spelled that right) for paperwork.  He was fast and it appeared he explained everything pretty well.  I also purchased an extended warranty which was explained to me like all other extended warranties I've purchased, that if I sell the car prior to using the extended warranty, I can get a refund.

Well, flash forward to July 2025, and I started seeing the value of the Z06 drop drastically.  Before I lost too much money, I decided it was time to let the Z06 go so I traded it for a Ferrari.  I contacted Mory via email who said it's an easy process to be refunded for the extended warranty.  He sent me a form which I signed and emailed back to him.  He said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the refund.

Last week I received the check in the mail, and it was not for the full amount.  I was missing a little more than $500.  I called Mory and he said when purchasing the warranty, if the extended warranty is canceled the dealership has the right to keep that portion.  I said that was never explained and I asked him send me the contract or verbiage showing that.  Mory said there isn't one.  This obviously doesn't seem right....  I immediately contacted Chevrolet Corp. and they said they have never heard of that but it's something I have to work with the dealership on.

So bottom line, this is very shady.  I'm told they have the right to keep the $500 but they have nothing stating that.  I've purchased extended warranty's from very high-end cars and I've never heard of this.  I've always had a full refund or a prorated refund if my vehicle entered the purchased extended warranty.

Don't buy from this dealership.  If they are willing to steal $500 from you, then who knows what else they are willing to do!  I'm taking this matter as far as I can!!
