Both the services writer and service tech did an awesome job! They kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. I appreciate them working hard and completing the work in a timely manner.

I will start off by saying that I'm not a hard person to please. I was very open and patient during this process and still had a horrible experience. I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed.
I then go to pick up my car after 10 days... and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself.
As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but l will never purchase through this company again.

The experience was very good with Robert the salesman. My issue is that it’s been 14 days since I traded in my truck and they still have not paid off my credit union. The Finance Manager Christian says he’s too busy to call me and to resolve this issue. They ask you to give them the highest survey ratings and then they ignore you when you have a basic issue like this.15 days now and no call from Christian.

I have posted previously on how I have only had awesome experience with Jose who sold the car to me and Ryan who has made sure that my car is in top shape mechanically and clean and shiny when I get her back. And the only bad experience I had was an idiot named Alex. He does not work there anymore which tells me management is on top of thing's.

This was my first time to your dealership, but it definitely won't be my last. Max was great to work with in parts and so was Nate in service. The customer service from both was beyond amazing, which is definitely not the norm in today's world.  Nate even ran my car through the wash. It was also nice that you offer a military discount. Thx for being such a great dealership that is customer oriented!  Please pass my thanks along to Nate and Max.  Thanks again for everything and have a great rest of the week!
