New tires & bearings packed April 2023 All electrical works Brand new battery AC blows cold Heater & space heater included Built in cold fridge 2 burner propane stove Private restroom w/ shower All plumbing throughout works with new hosing & new water pump switch New exterior porch light & kitchen vent All exterior rivets re-caulked & capped 2,600 lbs dry weight so small vehicles can pull Fits full size mattress, small dinette makes into rv twin & we used a cot half under full size bed- our layout for fitting our small family of 5.
