Amazing circa 1950s Zebra Skin Drum Table!! Authentic Zebra hide drum skin stretched with Zebra rawhide. Interior Design statement piece. 24”w x 19”h. About "A stylish and exotic statement table, indeed! The drum form is covered in zebra hide, stitched together with zebra rawhide strips. The strips are applied wet, and stretched tight. As they dry, they shrink and tighten even more, adding the "tone" to the drum head. A glass top could be added to create an even larger surface for a side table, lamp table, or coffee table."
