I purchased this to go into a home theater in my remodeled home. Got divorced, it was never used. I put it in my current apartment but I sit in the recliner because it doesn't face the TV. It has only been set on probably 10 times for short periods of time. I paid with the ottoman $1,500 I will sell it for $800. No need to pay full price for one at the store. 10'x7.5
