We bought a car from here, it ended up having an issue before we had finished paperwork fully. We talked to Greg and he was immediately on it saying he would fix it! He was fully a man of his word! I know it was a pain on his end but that truly shows the integrity on his part! We are so incredibly appreciative to them for their kindness and honesty!

Awesome everything!! After days of back and forth, traversing Austin to Dallas, seeking a NICE used car- that would also fit our budget- we came across this family-run business: Greg and Justin had what was hands down the cleanest, most affordably priced Honda Odyssey we'd found. And yes, I did insist on visiting several other bigger dealerships just in case. We had arrived in the morning, and wanted to take time that day to check out every Odyssey on our very well-planned-out list before committing, to ensure that I'd indeed found the best vehicle to meet our needs. Not even close: every other Odyssey we found had some issue or another- along with a perceived slickness in how customers are dealt with. Not so with Greg and Justin ( father & son team), once my own father and I did return unannounced after furthering our search that day; in fact,
Greg was so pleasantly NOT the slick-type operator, he nonchalantly let me know that he wanted/needed to replace a cracked hose under the hood before I took the vehicle. This is one detail that we'd never have noticed- until it would have been too late. He had thoroughly inspected the car, and was going to make certain that whoever ended up with it would not be unpleasantly surprised later. That impressed my dad and me so much. Here's a guy doing things RIGHT- something you don't see every day! Justin (the son) actually showed the vehicle and rode along with us for the test drive. Together, father Greg and son Justin brought to us the culmination of several weary days of detailed car searching: an amazingly clean and well-maintained 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L, below market price AND working with me for a price reduction to help fit my budget.
To echo the words of a previous reviewer ( I always read previous reviews to see what they say, and some just are NOT credible), let's spread the word about these guys!
In short, if you see online at GT Auto what you're looking for, rest assured that Greg/Justin have pre-screened their cars to make certain to have only nice, clean and very competitively priced vehicles on hand.
