Description

This is a beautiful antique Japanese mid 1800s hibachi Tansu chest. Structurally it is sound, but it will need some cleanup. The lining on the inside of it is missing, does not have the lid. Both of the drawers are quite tight. The lid has a slight warp to it. Over although it is a very high-quality piece with beautiful dovetails and Ebony Wood used for the trim. Take a look at all the photos to see general condition and dimensions.
