First time here, I took my ex girlfriend a week ago helped her buy her Lexus at the Santa Ana location, and seen this Lexus online and applied and Marilyn did everything for me without me being there til the end just to sign the paperwork, got me approved, gave me top dollar for my previous car and got the car I wanted. First off I'm a return customer. I noticed this dealership had a lot of nice cars online so I decided to come in. I thought it would be a hassle since I had to bring my small son, but Daniel made the process very smooth. All my questions were answered honestly, and I can overall say I just felt comfortable knowing the goal was for me to leave in a safe, reliable car for my kids and I. I would recommend CA Motors Direct to anybody, and I'll definitely be back for my next purchase. I left w my dignity and a beautiful car.
