for sale is a 99 Coachman 36’ Fifth Wheel with Golf Cart Trailer. Original owner, very well taken care of. Purchased new always maintained and many upgrades including large 4 door fridge with ice maker, under cabinet 120v/12v deep freezer, tankless water heater, macerater toilet, 80amp service, fireplace, combo microwave, new mattress, hydraulic leveling system, new suspension,wheel bearings, brakes, & tires. Upgraded to 4 six volt batteries, and also has a washer and dryer. Slide toppers on all slides. Absolutely no leaks, roof always been maintained. Please note that slides are closed in the photos, it does not do it justice of how much living space there is. You will not find another fifth wheel like this that is being sold by the original owner and taken care of like this has.
