This item we are selling is a BEST 30-inch built-in Downdraft Hood with the Blower and Power Unit included! This is “brand new, never used”. This is model number: D49M30SB Series 30. It has a Downdraft Ventilation System with Multiple Blower Options, Glass Touch Control, and Heat Sentry™ (this will include the Blower and Power Unit) and is all stainless steel. Again Brand New!! The top plate that fold up and down does have a very small dent and a couple light scratches (from removal and transport), but should easily be corrected or replaced. This is Ready to be picked up for an Awesome Christmas present! Why are we selling? My husband was working with a contractor at a $7mill House and this unit and the flat-top stove was installed to sell this new build. When the house sold, the new owners, “right away” wanted the Downdraft Hood and Flat-top Stove removed and more remodeling done…needless to say, my husband jumped at the chance to get them, because the flat stove just happens to be the exact size as the one here at the house. We tried to see if we could use the hood, because it is just Awesome, but we just don’t have the room without totally remodeling our kitchen. So our loss will for sure be your gain, as this two pieces set sells for over $4k. This will at least help us recoup what we paid, Thanks for your interest!
