Well loved, and well cared for! high quality piece. "Real furniture" made in N Carolina. Was custom upholstered, cleaned often & no rips, tears or stains. It's more soft, sink in comfy vs. firm. Nice deep seats! (31") Could have cushions replaced/restuffed...worth investing in. We downsized, so don't have room. Dimensions": 68Wx 38Dx 30.5 H. Would require 2 ppl & large SUV, van or pickup to move. Will not fit in a car. No lowballs or scams-serious inquiries only. In NE seattle, some steps required. Payment in cash or Venmo, Apple Pay, in person only.
