I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM R&R AGAIN!!! And I don't recommend it to anyone. I trusted them to sell me decent transportation, although the car had issues two days after the purchase, Dale, salesperson promised to talk to management and return my call to address the issues, two week later, I am still to hear back.  In short they sold me a lemon.  This place is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!  They will sweet talk your ear off and promise you the world, right until you sign that paper and even if they agree to help you and repair your car, their shop will keep the car for a month, for a simple one day repair.  They promised to address some of the issues with the car. The pics show a small dent on the rear hatch that they repaired, you be the judge and tell which of the pics show the repair. Pictures speak for themselves.

Worked with Stephanie Zimmerman and had a great experience. We been at it for about a week trying to figure out the best opportunity and at no point did I think about looking somewhere else. The team was locked in and dedicated to helping me as well as striking a deal. Great customer service, great inventory, and all around great experience. I’ll be back for sure.

Terrible customer service! They switched me to 3 different sales associates, I didn’t even know what was going on. Poor communication, through the whole process. Then I told the sales rep what I was looking for and she pulls up a car that I was NOT interested in at all. I told her that I was not interested in it, and she’s like well you wanted a bigger SUV right? Like yeah, but NOT this lol. I was very specific in what I was looking for, but she did not care at all. The interest rates I got from this place is DISGUSTING. Kept trying to talk me into getting a car I did NOT want. I got lower rates and 3 other dealerships, and the guy was trying to gaslight me into saying “I don’t know who their lender is that would give you that rate” like uh sir this is the WORST rate I’ve ever received. Trying to argue with a customer is crazy ! And then they didn’t even have any cars on the lot that I liked or what I wanted and they’re trying to make me sit there and wait to see if they have anything coming in. I just walked out, overall this place is terrible and SHADY!!
