Never Ran, never installed. TAPE IS JUST HOLDING THE FLAPS ON UNIT. When it’s level and installed, they stay on. I bought this brand new for a 1.5k sq ft shop but ended up moving and no longer needed it. It’s been sitting in my current garage for a year. 75,000 BTU. Natural gas but Modine has conversion kit to propane. I don’t know too much about this kind of thing, I have a buddy in HVAC that was giving me guidance. But I will answer/find the answer to any questions you have. $600 o.b.o.
