2021 Forest River 16 BHX

This RV trailer was bought brand new in April of 2021, during Covid restrictions for family vacations. Recently have been only using it once or twice per season. In a very good condition, three weeks ago had brand new tires installed. No leaks, or damage to the roof or outside walls. Has two bunkbeds, and a queen bed. The dinette table can also be folded down into a small bed for a child. Has a shower, toilet, microwave, fridge that can run off of 12 V battery, stove, top with two burners, sink. Also installed Renogy 100 W solar panel on the roof paired with Victron MPPT ($80 value) controller that you can monitor with your phone wirelessly. Comes with many goodies, including weight distribution hitch, a backup camera with digital screen, sewer hoses, and different attachments for the hoses. Freshwater hose with an additional hose to use for flashing out tanks. Also included Power Watchdog Smart RV Surge Protector ($300 value). And many other items noted on the pictures.
