2006 Rockwood Premier 2514g

Great trailer with working AC. It’s very spacious with 2 side pop outs. 1 for the dinette and 1 for the kitchen sink/stove. As well each end of the camper has decent size beds with one measuring 57” in width and the other measure 67”. Dinette also drops down to make a 50” wide bed. Comes with gel foam toppers for large beds for added comfort as well as bedding. Comes with porta potty. Has refrigerator but I don’t know if it works. I’ve never used it and it’s confusing because it’s both electric or gas powered and I don’t know how to set it up for one use versus the other. Also has a working gas stove, working sink. My wife and I updated the interior so it feels very cozy. The previous owner had said they replaced all the canvas or vinyl or whatever they call it on the whole camper. It appears to be in great shape with no rips minus a small one on the interior in one of the corners (shown in photos). NOW FOR THE BAD. the camper is low priced for what it is because the roof leaks and has issues. It was as it is when I originally purchased it a few years ago minus one corner that I fortified structurally. Two of 4 of the corners of the roof have been fortified and 2 have not. The roof works in the sense that it goes up and down (manual crank) and it’s not likely water is going to drip on your face if it rains but the leaks have stained the insides of the canvas so they have water stains and some rust stains from a rusty curtain ring on the roof so that detracts from how the camper looks inside. Functionally it works but I would imagine in time the other two sides will also need to be fortified. And it also would be wise to re-caulk the roof as well. So really what you are getting is pretty nice family trailer for a fraction of the price. If I were planning to use the trailer tomorrow I am totally confident in its functionality and wouldn’t do a thing to it. So really it’s ready to use now but will need work in the future.
