If it is listed and shown in the photos, it’s available. I live east of Green Lake off of 75th NE. REI blue/green reversible jacket (that’s the same jacket in both photos), size 2-3T. Patagonia thick lined snow pants, size 2T (but our son also wore them comfortably at 3). Lined mittens 2T, should also be fine for 3. I would prefer to sell everything together for the listed price, but will consider offers for a single piece.
