I've been trying to buy a used Jaguar through STA for the last two weeks.  Over those two weeks I called several times with questions and was passed around to various sales reps, none of which had a recollection of talking to me.  I asked for a Carfax and additional photos three times before receiving them.  Further complicating matters, they don't consistently answer their phone.  I put a full priced offer on the car through a salesman and didn't hear back.  A few days later I drove up from San Diego to buy the car but the dealership was closed despite advertising themselves as open on Google--if your brick and mortar is closed every Sunday, don't advertise yourself as being open.  It is now Wednesday and I just found out the car was sold to someone else this morning.  Overall the process was frustrating and a huge waste of time and energy as well as a major inconvenience for my friend who drove me to the dealership.

Had an overall positive experience with Johnny at STA Auto. THe was courteous, professional, and responsive to my questions. The dealership was organized and communication was clear throughout the visit. I’m still evaluating the car itself and will update my review after more time with it, but for now I’d recommend checking them out if you’re shopping for a used vehicle.

Sunny at STA helped us purchase a 2010 Corvette. After a minor misunderstanding about an outdated internet price he worked a deal with us that was within our budget and made us happy. We appreciated his honesty and transparency. Getting financed was quick and painless. He also didn't try to pressure us into purchasing any extra insurance or add ons. We would buy from STA again.
