Description

I bought this about 2 years ago for a small temporary ADU at my friend's family's house. I moved out a couple months after I put it in but didn't take it with me to my new place. It's been unused the last almost 2 years with a cover on. there is some sun discoloration but internally it's super clean and an excellent condition. I have the remote as well for it but it's at my storage somewhere, if you'd like to buy the AC first I can get the remote at another time when I go to my storage also . I used to have this thing turned on via the app and Wi-Fi 30 minutes prior to arriving home from work on a weekly schedule so my room would be cool by the time I got home and that feature is really amazing. Will include a window mounting bracket as well.
