Room and Board Watson 78" Queen Guest Select Sleeper Sofa Couch Gray

This is the Watson 78 inch guest select queen sleeper sofa in briar grey. This was purchased at the room and board outlet about two months ago. I bought this as a second sofa to match the exact one we already have however it's too "matchy" for my taste so I'd like to sell it to get a different second couch. This has an inflatable mattress with pump included and it hasn't ever been used. This is a non-smoking home, but we do have pets. The dog is not allowed on the couch, but that doesn't mean there wouldn't be a stray hair. Only making note of it for those who may suffer from pet allergies. The couch is typically always covered with blankets so it's in like new condition. Super comfortable which is why I bought a second one. Neutral color that matches pretty everything. We paid $1499.00 (plus tax) at the outlet, so I'm looking to get $1200.00 for it.
