This box spring is definitely not made of wood it's super duper sturdy and it will hold the mattress up very nice and won't have to worry about falling or have to worry about the mattress being on the floor. And you won't have to worry about it breaking on you as well. I'm moving in 3 months and I'm trying to get rid of stuff now before I move once I move I don't plan on taking this with me.
